Wanderful Walks for Women

'Wanderful Walks for Women' are Mindfulness walks that I guide 'off the beaten track' in the beautiful Kent countryside. They are a great way to relax and join other women in removing yourself from the 'to do list' while immersing your senses in all that nature has to offer.  I will guide you along the way with various natural Mindfulness exercises that help develop present moment awareness and connect you deeply to your surroundings.  Many people report feeling a deep sense of calm on these walks and a renewed connection to who they really are beneath the hustle and bustle of their daily lives.
