Mindfulness for Stress

This training is for anyone suffering with stress in their lives, whether that be due to work, relationships, loss or simply coping with the pace of modern life.  It is also ideal for those who want to boost their resilience, learn mindfulness and meditation, or find greater joy and well-being in their lives.


What you will learn:

  • Teaching and practices that will help you to develop Mindfulness, compassion, calm and resilience

  • Several different meditations including Body Scan, Mindful Movement, Breath, Kindness and Connection meditations

  • Deep breath and body awareness

  • How to build your own personal toolkit of  'mini practices' that you can apply to your daily life to help significantly reduce stress as and when it arises.

I offer this training face to face from my home in Kent or online via Zoom.

One to One (online at present)

Individual sessions are charged at £50 per hour

Block of 8 x 1&1/2 hr sessions (recommended) - £400

(option of face to face review sessions on a guided walk in nature)

Group Online Course

8 x 2 hour sessions in a group format - £240

PLUS option of a free 1 hour face to face review session on a guided walk in nature
