Benefit from the shared experience of a group in this four week taster course. Delivered in 4 weekly live interactive online sessions (each session lasts 1&1/2 hours).

Breathworks Mindfulness for Stress

On this comprehensive course you will learn Mindfulness and Compassion skills to cope with stress, depression, fear and anxiety within a supportive and friendly online group setting. Delivered over 8 weeks in 2 hour live interactive online sessions. *This course includes the option of a face to face tutorial in the format of a guided walk in nature.  

Breathworks Mindfulness for Health

Learn Mindfulness & Compassion skills to ease the suffering of pain, fatigue and ill health within a supportive and friendly group setting. This course also introduces several modern Chronic Pain and Fatigue management strategies to help to improve your health and quality of life.

Wanderful Walks

1:1 Guided Mindfulness Walk in Nature

Step off the 'to do' list and treat your senses with an immersive Mindfulness Walk in Nature. Kate will guide you gently through the woods, sharing several natural mindfulness exercises along the way, enabling you to become more aware of your present moment experience, deeply connecting to nature and back to who you really are.

Group Wanderful Walks

Join a group Wanderful Walk to share in the experience of Mindfulness in Nature. Guided walks held regularly throughout the year in various beautiful locations in Kent.  A fun and accessible way to connect with others and yourself as you experience the healing power of deep nature connection with mindfulness.
