What I Offer

I offer Mindfulness training in the form of group courses or one to one tuition depending on your needs.  My teaching is based on the Breathworks approach to Mindfulness & Compassion.  Breathworks programmes are a development of Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) adapted to suit the needs of those with chronic pain, illness or stress and founded on practice-based research. 

This training has had such a profound impact on the quality of my life and my pain levels in recent years that I feel honoured and excited to be able to share these vital skills with others.

About Breathworks

Breathworks was founded in 2004 by Vidyamala Burch, Sona Fricker and Gary Henessey, born out of Vidyamala’s life’s work of learning to live well with spinal injuries and chronic pain. There are now over 450 accredited teachers in more than 35 countries, helping people living with pain, illness and stress to reclaim their lives through mindfulness and compassion training. Their courses are extensively researched and are only delivered by thoroughly trained accredited teachers. ​
