Introductory Mindfulness Course
A Taste of Mindfulness Introductory Course
This course will teach you some of the key concepts of Mindfulness practice and tips on how to integrate them into your daily life to improve your wellbeing. Guided meditations are introduced each week which you can continue to practise in between sessions using the meditation recordings provided.
Delivered over 4 weeks, in 4 x 1 1/2 hour live & interactive online group sessions with plenty of time for discussion should you wish.
Interactive teaching of key Mindfulness concepts
Practise & guidance in different meditation techniques
Mindful movement instruction
Weekly home practice advice and guided meditation recordings
