Maybe you feel exhausted and overwhelmed by the mounting pressures of your daily life. Perhaps you have lost your sense of self somehow. Or maybe you are suffering with a chronic health or pain condition that seems to be controlling your life. You are not alone. Mindfulness and nature connection can help...and that's what Wanderful is all about.

I am an accredited Breathworks Mindfulness Teacher, former Physiotherapist and lover of all things outdoors. I am passionate in sharing how Mindfulness, together with nature connection, can help to relieve suffering and guide us back to

our true selves.
